5 Marbles BlackBerry PlayBook Puzzle Game. Fun and Challenging

5 marbles blackberry playbook puzzle game

Stephen let us know about his new game for the PlayBook called 5 Marbles. 5 Marbles is a modern version of the classic Japanese abstract strategy board game “Gomoku” or you can call it Five in a Row. This game is fun yet challenging and worth the purchase if you enjoy puzzle type games at all.

Details: Each player takes turns placing one of their marbles on the game board. To win the game you need to get 5 marbles in a row either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. It sounds easy but it is deceivingly difficult… especially when your opponent is not only attempting to block you but also take the win for themselves!

Practice and hone your skills against the 4 increasingly difficult computer levels or use those talents to take on your friends head to head.

In addition to the traditional game with 2 players (blue and red marbles) this game also has an option to include blocker marbles in one of 2 modes to further increase the challenge.

Ode to Gravity PlayBook Game now Available.

ode to gravity playbook game

Rotten Ogre let us know about his most recent release for the BlackBerry PlayBook called Ode to Gravity. He has released a couple of other games already for the PlayBook like the Lonely Turret game that I still play on a regular basis.

Ode to Gravity is a puzzle game, and the goal is to remove all colored blocks by matching them. You can use the accelerometer or touch the screen to move the blocks. Change the direction of gravity and cause blocks to collide with each other in this tricky puzzle game.

Ode to Gravity features 70 different levels – they start off easy but don’t be fooled! Levels will gradually get harder and introduce new gameplay elements, each with their own twist. You’ll have to match all the colored blocks while dealing with special elements such as saw blades, painters, gates and more.

Ode to Gravity is simple to learn but difficult to master.
